Ordering & Shipping

Most items will ship in 3-5 business days after being placed. Very few items are made to order, but please read product descriptions. Typically, my products are able to ship First Class with the USPS and arrive in three days.

I can also arrange local pick up depending on your proximity to me. Local pick-up is available for purchases of $20.00+ and I am willing to meet along West Main St. in Avon/Canton (Walmart, Starbucks, etc.)

Care Instructions

PLUSHIES

The majority of my crochet pieces are machine wash safe (cold water only) in a garment bag. Garment bags are strongly advised so the stitching does not get snagged. Plushies can be put in the drier on the lowest heat setting. I do my best to ensure all pieces are ready for a lifetime of love, but I am not responsible for any machine washing malfunctions. Pieces can also be spot cleaned.

HATS/GARMENTS

Hats and garments are machine wash safe (cold water only) in a garment bag. Garment bags are strongly advised so the stitching does not get snagged. I recommend air drying hats and garments. This just helps ensure the longevity of your piece. Typically, I advise handwashing garments and bags whenever possible as they're the most fragile.
